German quality

We didn’t set out to make a single-blade razor, we were just desperately in search of a solution to a lifetime of ingrown hairs and razor burn. That search led us to Germany, and a small factory hidden in an equally small town. They’ve specialized in razors for a century, and so we set out to make the best razor for sensitive skin. Your average 5 blade razor is comprised of a combination of dull and sharp blades- the first removes the hair, the rest cut the hairs so low they dive below the epidermis. As dead skin cells collect (gross, we know) the hair follicle gets clogged, the hair is trapped, and you’ve got ingrowns. Since a single-blade removes the hair evenly with the skin surface (yes, still a smooth shave) there are fewer chances of the hair getting trapped, folliculitis (irritation of the follicle), and inflammation. What makes ours even better is the attention to detail in the angle, weight, and blade exposure that ends in a beautifully gentle shave. 


How long do the blades last?

We suggest replacing the blade after 5 to 10 shaves. This can vary but you will start to feel the blade getting blunt.

Care Instructions

To make your razor last a life time, make sure to dry the razor after use. Use a brush to remove any dust or small hairs from the blade.

I was initially nervous to try this, but it is so easy to use! I have had no ingrowns or bumps. It's a clean, easy shave even on underarms and bikini line. It's also just a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing razor. Would definitely recommend!

I’m so happy I could cry.
I haven’t been able to shave for about a decade!! Shaving would make me so itchy I would scratch for like 10 minutes straight until I bled. I didn’t matter which razor, how new it was, which cream.. UNTIL NOW!! I was skeptical but after thoroughly reading everything and emailing with customer service (thanks girls!) I decided to try it. For the first time in a decade, I have super smooth, not-itchy legs and I’m SO HAPPY!

Absolutely phenomenal - this is THE razor that will actually make you want to shave. It makes the task of shaving luxurious instead of painstaking and is completely worth the money. It's time we stopped with the plastic disposable nonsense and leveled up - for our skin. Oh, and zero irritation - I have very sensitive skin and haven't had any irritation. That is rare. Obsessed.

I purchased this razor because I was tired of cheap plastic razors that gave me razor burn. It's a beautiful razor and very high quality. It took me a day or two to figure out how to use it correctly, but now I love it. It leaves my legs smooth and without razor burn. Worth the initial price!

It’s so beautiful and works amazingly. I feel like I’ll actually save money because of how long lasting the blades are. It’s heavy, which took a little getting used to since I normally use recycled plastic razors, but now I wouldn’t go back.
